NWIA New Member Orientation & Mandatory Ethics Training

Join us at the NWIA office in Sioux City to complete mandatory ethics training as required by the National Association of REALTORS®. We'll also share more about the REALTOR® family and specifics about membership in our local organization. A light working lunch will be provided by our affiliate member, Closing Siouxland.

Topics will include:

• Completion of the NAR Ethics training class (required for all members)
• Proper usage of the REALTOR® Marks
• The REALTOR® Party and RPAC
• Member Benefits: Perks at all levels
• NWIA's Member Systems: Paragon MLS, RPR, ShowingTime, FOREWARN and more
• Get Involved! Committees, Events, Education (Spoiler alert: we're fun!)
• REALTOR® Safety: Nothing matters more

NWIA's new REALTOR® members must attend an orientation session to comply with NAR membership rules. Those who cannot attend should contact the board office about alternative dates or course completion options.

While required for membership, this class does not offer continuing education credits for license renewal.
