Local CE Class: Law Update (Hybrid)

* 8 Hour Mandatory Law Update or 8 Hour Elective*

This class is designed not only to refresh your knowledge of the Federal, State, and Professional regulations of real estate transactions, but also to apply them to your day-to-day business from the perspective of a practicing attorney. By the end of this course, participants will better understand contract law, agency law, and civil rights, and how those concepts affect their jobs and shape their professional regulations. Attendees will leave with applicable advice by which they can safeguard their business from legal or disciplinary action.

Zoom Registrants - You will receive the Zoom & Handout link in the class reminders.  Camera & Microphone required in order to receive class credit. Zoom participants must be seated with the camera on as if they were attending in person.

You must print your handouts before you come to class, no handouts will be printed on-site. Laptops welcome!
