Topics in this class will include:

• Keeping It Together-Covering the why and how for inspections, inspection and disclosure issues, your ethical obligations, and avoiding liability.
• Ambiguous Agreements to Enforceable Contracts-Gain working knowledge of the requirements of a valid and enforceable contract, to recognize faulty contract language and issues as well as how to avoid them.
• Unauthorized Practice of Law - recognize issues involving the unauthorized practice of law and how to avoid them.
• Real Property Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions - Learn the different types of covenants, restrictions, and easements, learn how to protect your client, and more.

Zoom Registrants - You will receive the Zoom & Handout link in the class reminders. Camera & Microphone required in order to receive class credit. Zoom participants must be seated with the camera on as if they were attending in person. 

You must print your handouts before you come to class, no handouts will be printed on-site. Laptops welcome!
