Local CE Class: Ethics (Sioux City)

Description

This 4 hour course is designed to teach attendees how to maintain Realtor ethics in each real estate transaction, how to navigate through various ethical dilemmas with clients and other realtors, how to properly complete daily, monthly, and annual business requirements for realtors, and the penalties that may occur if the Code of Ethics is violated.

Credit: 4 hour mandatory Ethics or 4 hour renewal elective

This class will be held in-person at the NWIA office in Sioux City. An online option is also available.
