As a collective force, Iowa REALTORS® are together for the better. Join us as we advocate for the real estate profession during the 2025 Capitol Conference in Des Moines, February 4 & 5, 2026.

We kick things off Wednesday with a luncheon and discussion of  the topics important to real estate professionals across the state. Next, we head to the Capitol where we will meet with legislators about priority initiatives impacting the real estate profession and housing market in Iowa.

Following our trip to the Capitol, we’ll head gather for a more informal reception, welcoming legislators from across the state. We’ll have friendly conversation, hors d'oeuvres and cocktails.

Stick around for Thursday's meetings at the Iowa REALTORS® office in West Des Moines as our committees meet to discuss important topics and movements taking place throughout the industry.
