IAR’s Annual Convention is the premier event of the year. Taking place in Des Moines from September 26 to 28, the annual event brings hundreds of the Realtors® together to hear from renowned speakers, attend classes, and participate in forums designed to grow their business.
Riding with the Brand - Convention Kick-Off: Celebrate the Realtor brand from 5 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, September 26 as we jump-start convention by taking over Cowles Commons in downtown Des Moines. Local boards and their partners will celebrate their summer of service by showcasing their community projects for all to see. Enjoy local food trucks and entertainment throughout the evening.
Convention and Expo: Hear from speakers and learn from experts on all things life and real estate during the two day expo portion of Convention.
Gala: The IAR Inaugural Gala on the evening of September 28 celebrates the installation of the 2024 IAR President, Shaner Magalhães, and the 2024 Leadership Team. Don’t miss the fun, drinks, and amazing food!
