CE Class: Communication---The Emotional Perspective (Sioux City)

This class will help students gain the communication skills and knowledge needed to connect with their clients and improve referrals. Students will learn 3 major techniques to help you master the emotional side of the real estate transaction. It will highlight new ideas and ways to approach the buyer consultation meetings and improve your current listing appointments. Throw away the sales "pitch" and dive deep into a successful script that will improve your business long term.

CE credit: 3 hours elective.  
Agents seeking credit in South Dakota are reminded to turn in certificates with in 60 days of the class.
